Georgian Rural Council has the non-executive board, drawn mainly from the Local (Municipal) Rural Councils. The Board has the authority to set organization’s policy as well as approve programs and decisions.
The day-to-day management of the organization is conducted by the Executive Director Amiran Gigineishvili who is the chief executive of GRC. At present GRC headquarters in Lanchkhuti has a permanent staff of 4 and 5 program staff. The number of program staff depends on the project the organization is carrying out.
GRC has more then 130 villages from the members Municipal Rural Councils.
